Our catering and nutrition teams have been hard at work developing a menu that celebrates the best of summer produce, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Each meal has been carefully prepared to meet our high nutritional standards while offering variety, convenience, and great taste.
Whether you prefer light and refreshing chilled options or hearty, home-style frozen favourites — you’ll find plenty of delicious choices to suit your appetite and routine.

Ordering is simple — just log in to your Meals on Wheels online account and browse the Summer Chilled & Frozen Menus to select your favourites. Add them to your cart, check out, and we’ll take care of the rest!

On 10 October, our Newcastle Meals on Wheels team had the pleasure of attending the Morisset Seniors Expo, where we met so many wonderful people from across the community.
It was a fantastic day filled with conversation, connection, and the opportunity to share more about the services we offer — from our nutritious meal delivery options to the wellbeing and social support programs that make Meals on Wheels more than just a meal™.
Events like the Morisset Seniors Expo are a wonderful reminder of the importance of community connection. We loved chatting with attendees, answering questions, and hearing firsthand how Meals on Wheels has made a difference in people’s lives.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, as well as to the organisers for hosting such a well-run and engaging event for our local seniors.
