Step 1: Register With Us

We can help you use any government funding (CHSP, SaH, HCP, or NDIS) to reduce your meal cost.

Step 2: Browse Our Meals & Menus
Choose from over 200 dietitian-designed, chef-crafted meals. View online, print a menu, or order over the phone.

Step 3: Start Your Order
Select your delivery days and choose your meals online or via a printed form.
We’ll arrange your invoice and delivery date.

Step 4: Receive Your Delivery and Wellbeing Check
Our friendly local volunteers deliver your meals to your door. Every visit includes a Wellbeing Check, helping you stay safe, connected, and independent.

Once registered, we connect you with your local branch, where our team prepares fresh, nutritious meals for delivery. You’ll also get account login details to place orders directly online.

Step 3: Start Your Order

Online Ordering

• Log in to your Newcastle Meals on Wheels account
• Select your preferred delivery days and meals
• Submit your order
• Receive a confirmation email

You do not pay at this stage. We’ll send an invoice based on your plan, including any government subsidies.

Printed Form Ordering

• Download and print your menu/order form
• Tick your selected meals and delivery days
• Return via email [email address], post, or in person

Make sure scans or photos are clear. We’ll contact you if any clarification is needed.

There are no lock-in contracts. You can adjust, pause, or cancel your deliveries at any time.

After your order is placed, whether online or printed form, our team will process your order, arrange your invoice, and let you know your first delivery date.

Step 4: Receive Your Delivery and Wellbeing Check

Our friendly local volunteers deliver your meals straight to your door, with care.

• Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Delivery Time: Approximately 9am to 11:30am
• Choose 1, 2, or 3 delivery days per week

Going away? Not at home? Simply let us know and we’ll pause your deliveries. You can also ask a carer or hospital staff member to do this for you if you are unwell.

What is the cost?
