We offer over 200 nutritious meals, all dietitian-designed and chef-crafted. Options include: • Fresh meals delivered chilled or frozen, with easy heating instructions • Seasonal menus with baked goods, soups, mains, and desserts • Mini Mains for smaller portions • Meals for special dietary needs • Options for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients Our volunteers are always happy to guide you through our simple heating instructions, so you can enjoy your meals safely and easily.
