More Than a Meal Delivery Service
We are different from courier-style meal delivery services. We don’t “drop and run.” We deliver healthy meals to the front door or kitchen table. We say hello. We check in.
Every interaction we have with our clients is about care, not profit. Our mission is to support older people to remain healthy, nourished, and independent in their own homes.
Our Support Services
We are proud to offer Wellbeing Checks and additional Social Support services to our clients.
Wellbeing Checks
Our Wellbeing Checks are face-to-face safety and social check-ins during meal delivery. They are included free with every meal delivery. Learn more here.
Additional Social Support
Our Social Support services are more structured than our Wellbeing Checks and are designed to reduce isolation, increase safety, and improve quality of life for older people living independently. Learn more here.

Many older Australians live independently, but living alone can sometimes mean:
- Increased risk of falls
- Social isolation
- Missed early warning signs of illness
- Family worrying from afar

Frequently Asked Questions About Supporting Independence
How often do you check on older people?
A Wellbeing Check is included with every meal delivery. Frequency depends on how often meals are delivered. Frequency of additional Social Services depend on the type of service our client requires, whether it is individual, group, or centre-based.
What is the cost for these services?
Our Wellbeing Checks are included free with our meal delivery service.
Our additional Social Support services are partially funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Support at Home (SaH), depending on eligibility. Some of our Social Support services may require a small client contribution in line with aged care guidelines.
